Founder's Story

Sharon Douglas, is the Founder and visionary behind SwiftDrop™ Logistics GA.
My journey began with a simple but powerful mission: to build a logistics model where everyday people could earn fairly, grow professionally, and operate like true business owners. After many years as a supervisor at UPS and a driver across multiple logistics companies, I witnessed firsthand how broken systems burn out great drivers, limit managers, and restrict growth.
